Do nothing day

I went to the 11:15 Mass this morning. Afterwards I visited with my friend Carol for a bit and then I had Father Phan bless the rosary that I made for Andrew. I'll finally be sending it to him this week. I bought the beads quite a while back, but didn't have my craft desk cleared where I could actually work on it.
I picked up a grilled chicken salad for lunch and have spent the day in my recliner with my computer and watching t.v. I changed back into my pajamas as soon as I got home today and have spent it relaxing. I thought about cleaning but decided against it. Josh is on his way home from his trip to Austin/Dallas. His clarinet ensemble made a first division at state which is good.
We had some interesting weather come through tonight. No tornadoes (though we're under a watch) but had some major straight-line winds come through. It wasn't too bad here, but north of us there were some road signs blown down and trees uprooted. It was a little hairy for a bit, but it's started to clear. I found my matches in case the power went out so I could light the candles.
Now I'm watching Harry Potter and I'm a little bored at the moment. I've been glad to see that Prison Pete has been blogging again. (Well, he's been writing letters that his editor is posting.) I should probably write him a letter soon. Well, I'm going to watch t.v. some more and continue to sit and do nothing. I won't even feel guilty about it.

Guilt-free do-nothing is GOOD!

I would have loved the weather. We are in a lull lately. I'm glad Prison Pete is posting again too! Thank you for the Rosary. It will mean all the more to me knowing it was made by you.

I hope Andrew enjoys his rosary as much as I do mine.
