Made it to Austin

We arrived around 2:00 today. We checked into the hotel but had an issue with the rate that was originally quoted to us. Thankfully they changed the rate to match our check. We piddled around the room for a while and then another teacher from our area came and visited for a while. We left around 5:30 to go register and then went to dinner at a deli called Katz. I had a roast beef sandwich and fries. It was very good and filling. Now I'm stuffed. I just watched CSI. I'm a bit tired from driving so I'll probably go to bed fairly early tonight. Tomorrow we are leaving around 10:30 so that will be nice to sleep in. That's all there is to report right now.
