I did not want to get out of bed this morning. Granted, I went to bed later than normal. I waited up until Josh got home which was 10:30 so I didn't get to bed until probably 11:00 or so. The alarms went off at 6:15 and 6:30 and I hit the snooze after that. I made it to school earlier than yesterday at least. I heard some very good debates in class today. I realize that perhaps some of what I've been telling them has been sinking in and they are doing quite well. I'm still overwhelmed with paperwork and grading and even though I brought some home, I'm not going to touch it. I am going to go to bed early and hopefully make it to school earlier tomorrow.
I didn't intend to stay very late after school, but I was there until 5:00. I got home and made supper (taco salads) and then at 7:00 Josh and I had to go to a rehearsal. I was finally able to play my clarinet with decent reeds tonight. It is amazing. The feel is just incredible. The sound quality is amazing. I still need to work on getting my chops (mouth muscles) in shape again. I get worn out playing too long.
I'm going to go to bed shortly and crochet for a bit and then do a small bit of reading and have the lights out by 10:00. No, the tree hasn't made it up yet... but I'm still hopeful. I was thinking that perhaps some magic elves would get everything from the garage and set it up (after cleaning the living room first). I guess not.

I'll come clean your living room and set up your tree for you, if you'd like. That sort of thing seems to have replaced therapy for me. I love TACO SALAD!
