On the move today

I had to get up early to be in Hereford by 9:00. I met with my students and made sure they got some work done. Tomorrow I'm going to listen to them perform. I did get several things done today. I made copies of schedules for them. I printed out maps for the trip. I found some possible churches to attend on Sunday. They decided they wanted to go to a dinner theatre show on Sunday evening so I'm going to try to get reservations for it tomorrow. I picked up the checks for the meal money and hotel along with a gas card and credit card. I got the check cashed and now have to sort the money for everyone. I took Josh to the grocery store to get him food to eat while I'm gone. He didn't get much, but he does have his own money now so I suspect he'll eat out some while I'm gone.

I got the extra bedroom cleaned for the most part. There's still stuff in the hallway and garage that I'll need to go through at some point, but it's not in the room itself. I also don't know what to do with my stuffed animals that I've kept. I've given tons of them away, but have a few that have sentimental value. I tried putting the bed in a couple of different places, but finally decided on having it centered under the window looks the best. That will allow space on either side which makes making it up easier. I still have the nightstand to paint, but am not going to mess with it for a while. I realize that once again I forgot to look for paint to spray the hardware! Oh well, I'll deal with that later as well. I need to sort through my beads and get them organized as well. I do like the space better now. I have a specific craft area which is nice.

Now I just have to deal with all the other stuff around the house. The garage is getting quite full again but I'll tackle it later this summer. I'll probably do that while Josh is gone to band camp. I'm hoping to take my trip to Alabama/Georgia right after camp is over. It might be better to do it while Josh is at camp, however. He won't want to do without a car for a week or however long I'm gone. Then again, he might want to come with me on the trip. I guess it will be a wait and see thing for now. I'll see what he wants to do.

Well, it's time for supper so I better go see what's left in the kitchen to eat.

The trip sounds like it will be fun, especially if you can get the reservations for the Dinner theatre. I've always wanted to do one of those!

So, what exactly will you be doing at WSU?
